Having practiced exclusively in family law since my call to the Bar of Ontario in 2003, including 9 years at a boutique family law firm in Toronto and 5 years in Brampton, I founded Lien Family Law in 2017 located in Richmond Hill to service the Greater Toronto Area. I am highly experienced with collaborative family law, mediation, and litigation.
I primarily represent clients who have legal needs with parenting, child/spousal support and property division. I also handle extensive financial and property matters from simple to complex matrimonial issues. I have significant experience successfully representing numerous clients in the Ontario and Superior Courts of Justice throughout the Greater Toronto Area, and have recognized the substantial benefits of resolving family conflict through collaborative family law as an alternative to court. Clients like working with me because I remain sensitive to their finances by using cost-effective strategies when negotiating resolutions and resolving disputes. I understand that family law affects most people in our society, and recognize my responsibility to help families resolve disputes and move forward into new beginnings. I feel privileged with having the opportunity to make a positive impact on many families. In my spare time, I enjoy cultural and community entertainment with my husband and two children. Affiliations
